AIDS/LifeCycle 2025 Shipping

Bikeflights is proud to offer bicycle shipping services to AIDS/LifeCycle. It’s a life-changing ride—not a race—through some of California’s most beautiful countryside. AIDS/LifeCycle is a 7-day, 545 mile, fully supported bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, through which participants raise money to support the life-saving services provided by the Los Angeles LGBT Center and San Francisco AIDS Foundation.

To ensure your bike, wheels and gear receive the highest level of monitoring on their way to and from AIDS/LifeCycle, please book your shipment below. We've pre-populated the suggested ship-to locations (simply click the drop down arrow next to the "Ship To" field) and suggested shipping dates.

Home of AIDS/LifeCycle’s Opening Ceremony and Ride Out for 2025, Cow Palace is available to receive your bike. Simply use the drop down arrow below for your Stage 1 delivery location and select it.

For your bike's return home from Los Angeles, use the drop down arrow below for your Stage 2 ship-from location and select Newbury Park Bicycles.

If you are choosing the Newbury Park Bike Box from their services, or they are providing you a box, your box will measure 65x12x35, 65 lbs.

If you are shipping your bike in a hard or soft case, it will be reused for its return shipping.

If you are shipping your bike in a cardboard box, it will be recycled after arrival and a new box will need to be purchased from Newbury Park Bicycles for your bike's return.
