Cycle for the Cause 2026 Shipping

Bikeflights is proud to offer bicycle shipping services to and from Cycle for the Cause. a three-day, tri-state cycling fundraiser supporting The NYC LGBT Community Center and its life-saving, love-affirming programs.

Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure smooth delivery and return of your bike, wheels, and gear. Suggested shipping locations and dates are pre-populated in Bikeflights—select them using the drop-down menu.

SHIP TO (Stage 1): Bikes shoud be shipped to the event’s partner bike shop, NYC Velo GW Market.

• Optional unpacking and assembly is available for $80, payable to The Center by Friday, September 18, 2026. To arrange and pay for assembly, email cycleforthecause@gaycenter.org.
  
• Your bike MUST arrive no later than Monday, September 21, 2026.

SHIP FROM (Stage 2): NYC Velo GW Market will handle return shipping.

• Optional disassembly and packing is available for $80, payable to The Center by Friday, September 18, 2026. To arrange and pay for disassembly, email cycleforthecause@gaycenter.org.
  
  • Email your Bikeflights return shipping label to cycleforthecause@gaycenter.org after purchasing bike shipping. We will need this to ship your bike home post-Ride.
    
  • C4C staff will transport your bike from the Closing Celebration to Velo NYC GW Market.
    
  • Bikes will ship back to Riders from NYC Velo GW Market starting Monday, October 5, 2026
