Empire State Ride to End Cancer 2025 Shipping

Bikeflights is proud to offer bicycle shipping services to Empire State Ride to End Cancer. Road warriors meet up in New York City and travel together for 7 days across the state, tackling 500+ miles, rolling hills and challenging elevation gains. The adventure concludes overlooking Niagara Falls, one of the seven wonders of the world.

To ensure your bike, wheels and gears receive the highest level of monitoring on their way to and from the Empire State Ride, please book your shipment below. We've pre-populated a suggested ship-to location (simply click the drop-down arrow next to the "Ship To" field) and suggested shipping dates.

The event’s partner bike shop, Campus WheelWorks, is available to receive your bike. To arrange for additional services such as assembly or disassembly and packing, please contact Campus WheelWorks directly at (716) 248-2372 prior to shipping. The delivery deadline to Campus WheelWorks will be July 18, 2024.

Important: Our partner bike shop is located in Buffalo, NY near the ride's headquarters and overall finish. All bikes shipped to our partner bike shop for assembly will then be transported by the ride to the Staten Island start at no additional cost. Outbound pickups for shipping from Campus WheelWorks will be arranged as quickly as bikes are ready for transit.
