NICA National Conference 2026 Shipping

Bikeflights is proud to offer bicycle shipping services to The NICA National Conference. The annual conference provides the leadership of the national cycling movement a dedicated space and time to connect on a variety of topics. This is a benchmark event that provides the opportunity to learn from one another and improve our national practices and effort.

The conference will include discussion and training sessions, panels, roundtable conversations, meals, hikes and rides.

To ensure your bike, wheels and gear receive the highest level of monitoring on their way to and from the National Conference, please book your shipment below. We've pre-populated suggested ship-to locations, the Riverhouse Lodge and Sunnyside Sports, (simply click the drop down arrow next to the "Ship To" field) and suggested shipping dates.

Please note the following fees that may be incurred if shipping directly to/from Riverhouse Lodge:

• Arrival of packages more than three (3) days before event: $20 per day
  
• Return of packages more than one day after event: $10 per day
