You may use your own box or case, if it does not exceed our size and weight limits; however, we suggest you ship your bike in a Bikeflights Bike Box Large (BBL) because it fits most bikes, comes with essential packing materials and is easy-to-pack. Order a BBL in our online store.

• Select the suggested Stage 1 "Ship To" and Stage 2 "Ship From" locations. (Simply click on those fields, and choose "Hyatt Regency Milwaukee.")
  
• Input your Stage 1 "Ship From" and Stage 2 "Ship To" locations.
  
• Purchase Premium Protection to cover the cost of replacing your bike.
  
• Select a pickup for both stages of your shipment.
  
• Accept pre-set dates for your bike to be delivered before the event and to ship out after the event. Bikes must arrive by the pre-set dates.
  
• Before shipping, take photos of the outside and inside of your box or case. Be sure they show the contents of your shipment and your pro packing job.
