Bikeflights is proud to offer bicycle shipping services to and from Cycle for the Cause. Cycle for the Cause is an epic three-day bike ride from Boston to New York City that raises millions to fund the fight against AIDS. Please read the below instructions and follow them carefully to ensure your bike makes it expeditiously to and from the Ride.
To ensure your bike, wheels and gear receive the highest level of monitoring on their way to and from Cycle for the Cause, please book your shipment below. We've pre-populated the suggested ship-to locations (simply click the drop-down arrow next to the "Ship To/From" fields) and suggested shipping dates.
SHIP TO: The event’s partner bike shop, Landry's Bicycles Westborough, is available to receive your bike (Stage 1, "Ship To"). To arrange and purchase additional services, such as assembly and tuning, contact Landry’s Bicycles Westborough prior to shipping to make payment:
- Contact Landry's Bicycles Westborough directly to make assembly and tuning payment by calling (508) 836-3878.
- The $100 assembly fee must be paid directly to Landry's Bicycles no later than Friday, September 13, 2024.
- Your bike MUST arrive at Landry's Bicycles Westborough no later than Monday, September 16, 2024.
SHIP FROM: For return shipping, the event’s partner bike shop,
NYC Velo GW Market, is available to ship your bike (Stage 2, "Ship From"). To arrange and purchase additional services, such as disassembly and packing, please contact the center directly
prior to shipping to make payment:
- Contact The Center directly to make disassembly and packing payments by calling Lisa Gueldenzopf at The Center at 646-358-1753.
- The $80 disassembly and packing fee must be paid directly to The Center no later than Friday, September 13, 2024.
- When making your payment, you will also need to provide Lisa Gueldenzopf at The Center with a copy of your return shipping label so The Center can provide it to the Velo NYC GW Market. Email your return shipping label to lgueldenzopf@gaycenter.org.
- C4C staff will transport your bike from the Finish Line to Velo NYC GW Market.
- Bikes will be picked up for return shipment, one week after the Ride, on Monday, September 30, 2024.
- NYC Velo GW Market is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen bikes, parts, or accessories associated with the packaging and return shipping from NYC Velo.
