The event’s partner bike shop, The Meteor, is available to receive your bike. You must contact Jeremy Houchin at the bike shop in advance via phone or email to notify them of your shipment and make arrangements for other services, like assembly, tune, storage and repacking, and remit payment prior to shipping. Do not just ship your bike.

The service charge cost is $150. Bicycles will be repacked in the packaging in which they arrive. Attach your name and contact information to the frame. Do not ship personal items with the bike.
Book your shipment "round-trip". You must print a return label when scheduling your shipment. Place the return label in the box with the bike AND email it to Jeremy, just in case the printed one is lost or damaged.
The booking form will calculate your ship-on date. Any bikes received three days or closer to the event date may be subject to a rush fee of $75 for The Meteor assembly services.
Self-Assembly
If you are staying at one of the hotels and wish to ship your bike to yourself for self-assembly, you are responsible for contacting the hotel regarding shipping policies and package fees.
You are responsible for repacking your bike and arranging to have your preferred carrier pick it up at the hotel (or take it to a shipping facility) after the conference.
