OPTION #1: SHIP YOUR BIKE & ENJOY EVENT CONCIERGE SERVICES FROM NIRVANA

If you are booking your shipment from anywhere within the contiguous US and would like to use event concierge services, please book your flat rate shipping + additional event concierge services in our online store by Wednesday, August 21, 2024. You will have the option to purchase a Bikeflights Bike Box or use your own case or box. Available additional services that come with your flat-rate shipping include receiving your bike and storing your box or case. You may also purchase bike assembly and/or packing services.

Flat-rate shipping is not available for shipping to and/or from Alaska, Hawaii and internationally. If you are shipping to and/or from these locations AND want to use the event concierge services, please contact Bikeflights Support Team for your ship-to and ship-from address, and book your shipment using the form below. Then contact the contactus@nirvanaeurope.com to separately arrange your own additional event concierge services like those listed above.

OPTION #2: DIY SHIPPING FROM ANYWHERE

If you are taking care of all your own on-the-ground logistics and want to ensure your bike, wheels and gear receive the highest level of monitoring on the way to and from Age Group Nationals, please book your shipment anytime using the form below. We suggest booking your shipments to and from your hotel or a local bike shop. You will be responsible for getting your bike to/from your ship-to and ship-from locations, for assembly and packing of your bike and for storing your case.

OTHER NOTES FOR ALL SHIPPERS

For all shipments, you may use your own box or case; however, we suggest you ship your bike in a Bikeflights Bike Box Extra Large (BBXL) because it fits most bikes, comes with essential packing materials and is easy to pack. Order a BBXL if you are not otherwise purchasing one through our flat rate + shipping service offerings in our online store. Please allow for up to one week for your BBXL to deliver to directly you.
